4th week
This week was quite a busy one, but it was also very educational. During my internship, I continued learning more about the computer system and became more confident using it throughout the day. I practiced different tasks within the system and gained a better understanding of how it supports the daily operations of the hotel.
I also had many opportunities to check guests in and out. This allowed me to improve my communication skills and become more comfortable assisting guests independently. With each interaction, I learned more about providing professional and friendly service.
In addition, I learned more about linen management and the importance of keeping track of linen supplies. It was interesting to see how much organization is involved behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Lastly, I received a new assignment, which I am looking forward to working on. Overall, this week helped me develop both my practical skills and my knowledge of hotel operations, and I am excited to continue learning in the coming weeks.
