This week was a bit shorter and less busy than usual, but I still learned a lot and had some very enjoyable experiences. One of the assignments I received was to prepare and give a tour. To get ready for this, I drove around the park by myself in a golf cart and took a closer look at the different bungalows. This helped me become more familiar with the park and gave me confidence for the tour.
I also had the opportunity to spend some time with Ralf and learn more about the technical service department. Together, we worked on making a small part for the kitchen. It was very interesting to see a different side of the park's operations and learn how technical issues are handled behind the scenes.
Although the week was not as busy as previous ones, it was still very educational. I enjoyed exploring the park, preparing for my assignment, and experiencing a different department. Working with the technical service team was especially fun, and it gave me a better understanding of all the work that goes into keeping everything running smoothly.
We also had to do a " key check" this included that we had to count every key we have of every bungalow and amenity, check the serial number on the keys and then write them down. This was quite a hard task, but I personally still found it fun.
